ELEVATED, MODERN SPANISH CUISINE ROOTED IN CATALAN TRADITION

Can Font Portland is the sister restaurant to its namesake in Barcelona, Spain, and offers traditional Spanish cuisine with a modern twist and presentation. Each dish is developed with its traditional Spanish roots in mind and elevated to surpass today's modern expectations. 

Can Font Portland showcases Catalan (Mediterranean) cuisine using high-quality, local producers' protein, crops, and grains, and sources responsibly when utilizing unique or one-of-a-kind specialty items to minimize its' impact on the environment. Chef Josep Vidal brings his culinary culture, stepped in Spanish kitchens, and techniques, taught in establishments of Michelin recognition, to the Pearl District's menu, with a focus on paella, seafood and mediterranean flavors. The bar includes a Spanish wine list and inspired cocktails.

Dining at Can Font is based on Spanish tradition and the menu is constantly being updated to reflect the bounty of the Pacific Northwest's produce. The service team will guide you through each item on the menu, provide chef-inspired daily specials, suggest beverage recommendations and deliver an exceptional experience during your time with us.
